Part of The Colour Conversation Series, an ongoing exploration of the relationships and interactions that fizz between colours. With these small pieces I wanted to pair everything right back and focus on the quality of the atmosphere that is created when two colours meet. With Deep Madder Lake & Irish Navy there is a sumptuous meeting between two smooth talkers. Large glasses of red wine and smooth pralines consumed as the woodsmoke spirals and evening settles in. With Squash and Powder Room, refined meets exuberant, crushed silk against pinstriped suit. How things will turn out is anyone’s guess.
